We require a 24 hr notice to avoid any cancellation fees please contact your stylists directly to reschedule or make any changes.
Scheduling/ Rescheduling Guidelines
A $50.00 deposit will be required one week in advance to secure your spot. This deposit will go towards your service.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please inform us within 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you fail to show without a 24-hour notice, the $50.00 deposit will be forfeited.
Client Satisfaction / Touch up Guidelines
Our policy is simple, we take pride and we honor our work. In order for us to ensure the client satisfaction we do not fill over other artists work. We do however offer free removals with every full set purchased.
We like to address all concerns promptly.
We must be notified within 3 business days of your appointment if there are any concerns with your lashes. After 3 business days, complimentary touch up appointments are no longer available. Please reschedule within three days of your initial visit in order to receive a complimentary touch up.
Standard 24-hour cancellation policy is applicable to touch up appointments. If a touch up appointment is a no-show or cancelled within 24 hours, client will no longer be eligible for a complimentary appointment and will have to pay for a fill as usual.
We require clients to be 18 years of age for lash extensions and lash lifts. Clients 16 and older may also receive services with guardian/parental consent.
We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
